Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

Pro includes a 14-day free trial on your first subscription. A card is required to start it. Cancel any time before the trial ends from Billing → Manage subscription and you will not be charged; otherwise the subscription starts automatically at the price shown.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your trades, journal, notes and history stay in your account; features above your plan (for example extra accounts or sharing) become unavailable until you upgrade again.

How do I change plans?

Upgrades and downgrades are made in the billing portal, which shows any proration before you confirm.
